Diet for Rheumatoid Arthritis | Anti-Inflammation Diet | Arthritis Today
I'm a huge fruit and vegie eater. Little red meat and occasional chicken. LOTS of water, some milk and some soy. I find it's extremely difficult to eat suggested diets. Better to eat what makes one feel good as a whole. I also like my occasional ice cream sundae or bit of chololate. Eat what feels good I say. Gentle hugs. Tammy
Tammy, sorry for the delay in replying. I totally agree. I have recently changed from trying these fad diets to eating what helps me feel better. I eat alot of chicken and fish and treat myself to the occasional steak, and bbq anything red. I live in the south and love some down home comfort/soul food. This, however, I do enjoy in moderation. I also exercise regularly. Walking, jogging and strength/resistance training. I am also a drummer and percussionist and this keeps my limbs moving. Maybe this could be a future post? Hmmm. Sorry for rambling. Peace to you.
